On Monday, November 14th, 2016, at 8:52 AM EST a Full Moon occurs in the sign of Taurus. Full Moons always pit opposite signs of the zodiac against each other but also invite us to work to achieve a balance. This Moon is a supermoon and is the closest the Moon has been to Earth for 68 years. The close proximity of our satellite seems to highlight its energies, magnifying them, anything that has been tucked away for the last 7 years will come to the surface " within each individual". Instead of letting the past trigger you take both arms and stretch them out side to side and " feel" that these issues are part of life's experience " written in The Akashic Records " which is a record that records every experience, deed and situation. These experiences can trigger you; but, remember they are feelings created by experiences in our life experiences and other life experiences and moving beyond them is to not allow them into your " present" life experience and to understand, accept and bless each experience. Then put your palms face up side to side, bring them all the way up above your head inhale in bringing to your crown and in between the palms of your hands, feel the light and exhale in and bring the light into your Crystalline field. Exhaling that light all the way to your heart center and "feel" it. Bless the present experience and sit with it. This allows you to feel the presence of the " I am here in the now and am whole. Then set an intention through feeling, seeing and become it.
